The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a
Website Copywriter (Part-time), working in
Travel, Transport and Logistics industry in
Parsippany, New Jersey, 07054, United States.
- Work with departments/business teams
across the organization to manage content requests and develop timely and
relevant content on company Community that franchisees need to fuel their
business
- Draft new and/or update existing copy on
company Community, including ‘What’s New’ articles
- Publish updated or new documents and
resources as provided by business teams (requires experience with or quick
learning of content management system/web publishing)
- Identify technical/publishing issues and
escalate them to internal Salesforce team
- Support for standalone communication
creation and distribution (if hours allow)

Experience Required for Your Success
- 3-5 years of communications / writing experience in a corporate communications or B2B environment a plus
- Understanding of digital copywriting and SEO principles
- Experience writing and editing website copy, including a good fluency with grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Strong organizational, time management, planning, and project management skills
- Experience with and understanding of content management systems, web publishing standards/best practices, and measurement; Salesforce CMS and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
- Has a strong sense of urgency and is able to meet tight deadlines
- Photoshop/graphic design experience a plus
- Experience in publishing on website. Updating copy and creating new copy on website. Writing for website.
- Systems: Salesforce, MS Office. Salesforce - a bonus
