Position Overview:

As an Inbound Enrollment Specialist, you will handle incoming calls from customers confirming the receipt of their credit cards and offering them the opportunity to enroll in a debt protection plan. You will be provided with a script that includes proven sales strategies to follow verbatim. Adhering to the script and meeting quality expectations is essential for your success and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their credit card enrollment and debt protection plans.
  • Engage customers with enthusiasm and provide a WOW experience on every call.
  • Follow the provided script verbatim to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a relentless drive to own their problems.

Experience Required for Your Success
