The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Key Account Manager, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Louisville, Kentucky, United States.- Recruit, train, and develop top talent to build a high-performing internal team.
- Oversee daily operations of the branch.
- Establish challenging goals, activities, and objectives and hold your team accountable for hitting these metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at multiple levels by acting as the primary point of contact and addressing any concerns or service issues.
- Manage branch P&L.
- Ensure branch compliance with both Federal and State regulations, as well as our internal and customer-specific policies and practices.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 3+ years of previous management or leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance with a proven track record of growing and developing a team
- Experience in the staffing industry, recruitment and/HR is a plus, but not required
- Previous customer service experience, account management experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be a polished and professional communicator in both written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficient with computers and with Microsoft programs
