The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Placement Recruiter - Hybrid, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, 1780, Philippines.As a Placement Recruiter, you will be responsible in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in a variety of roles across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to job offer.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet their talent needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold employer branding.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor/Operations Manager

Experience Required for Your Success
- Minimum of 2 years of international placement experience, ideally in the healthcare industry
- A plus if familiar with the U.S. healthcare placement process, nursing licensure requirements, and immigration processes for international nurses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to do 7 weeks onsite training then hybrid set up after training (3x a week)
