Description
We're looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1223, Philippines.Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Staying current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and outcomes.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Minimum of 1 year offshore recruiting experience (regardless of industry)
- At least two (2) years of college education
- Excellent English communication skills
- Stable work history relevant to the position
- Willing to work onsite at Ayala Ave., Makati if necessary
