AHealthcare Recruiteris responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of healthcare facilities.

• Active Listening:taking the time to listen to what the candidate is saying without mentally rehearsing the next line in the recruiting script.
