As aPart Time Leasing Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind achieving maximum occupancy in our communities, from generating leads to securing lease renewals. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships with residents and ensuring a seamless leasing experience. Hourly rate: $23.00-$26.00/hour

As a Part Time Leasing Consultant, you will:

  • Generate new leases and secure renewals, close sales with technical selling skills, manage lease paperwork, develop and maintain a lead database, respond to internet leads, and generate traffic through various marketing channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lease term, maintain strong relationships with residents, and address inquiries or issues promptly to ensure maximum lease renewals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, conduct market analyses, track economic trends, and handle other administrative duties as needed to support leasing activities.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required 
  • 2 years experience in sales environment preferred 
  • Customer relationship development experience a plus 
  • Knowledge of One-Site Property Management software a plus, but not required 
  • Preferred Spanish/English
