We're looking for a Maintenance Technician, working in Real Estate industry in 100 Hemenway, Boston, Massachusetts, 02115, United States.

PSG Global Solutions looking for Maintenance Technicians in Boston, MA to take charge of the upkeep and enhancement of our community spaces, from rental units and common areas to grounds and parking lots.

Hourly rate: $26.00-$33.00/hour

Shift: 8-hour shift, M-F & on-call. You will follow a set schedule pattern, with any changes communicated by your supervisor. Flexibility and adaptability are needed.

As a Maintenance Technician you will:

  • Keep our properties in top shape, handling everything from painting and lawn care to electrical work and snow removal.
  • Ensure newly vacated apartments are ready for the next resident with thorough ‘turnover’ maintenance.
  • Regularly assess the property, proactively addressing maintenance concerns and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor on solutions.
  • Oversee vendor work as needed and safely operate power tools and equipment.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • High school diploma or GED required; CAMT certification is a plus
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience with general knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to professionalism and respect for our residents
  • Flexibility to handle after-hours maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation
