Description

We're looking for a Human Resource Generalist, working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in 1240 Harry Long Road, Shelbyville, Kentucky, 40065, United States.

Job Summary:

The HRG is responsible for staffing each plant location while implementing employee relations strategies geared to increasing employee engagement and retention while ensuring proper confidential record keeping of HR documentation and payroll processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Engages and embraces the activity-driven Recruitment Scorecard goals.
  • Employee Relations Is a true business partner to the local leadership team and can advise on HR issues or escalate them to the Regional HR Manager.
  • Payroll/HRIS System expert with the ability of documenting and processing employee records.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Minimum High School Degree
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of local and Federal employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Must have computer skills including MS applications and HRIS platforms
  • Available to work the 1st shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
