We're looking for a Human Resources Manager (Employee Relations), working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Pasadena, California, United States.Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 – per year dependent upon degree, bilingual competency, and/or certification.
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the HR department. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing employee relations strategies and practices. You will act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
