Responsibilities:
- Access, enter and interpret computerized data/information.
- Facilitate communication with various health care team members, patients, and families.
- Set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.
- Solve clinical nursing issues and conduct quality improvement research utilization projects.
- Effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
- Meet the core job responsibilities following practice setting demands for the patient populations regularly served.
- Effectively manage stress due to critical issues related to patient care, changing organizational climate, and personnel issues.

Experience Required for Your Success
Required Minimum Education:
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
- RN State License (Single or Compact license)
- Basic Life Support
Required Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Direct patient care experience is preferred
