As our Maintenance Supervisor with Wingate, you'll be entrusted to treat our property as your own, ensuring superior services for our residents, staff and owners. Hourly Rate: $27.00-$28.00/hour

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

  • Assists in all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to: grounds, custodial, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.
  • Supervises timeliness and quality of work by Maintenance Technicians.
  • Maintains updated preventive maintenance information/smoke detector log/preventive maintenance log.
  • Keeps workshop or utility room clean, orderly and safe (according to the established OSHA standards).
  • Provides role model for maintenance staff by following all company procedures and presenting an appearance appropriate for the image of the property.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishing
  • Familiarity with HVAC system and various appliances
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide superior customer service to residents, vendors and coworkers alike
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Computer proficiency
  • Bilingual -Preferred Qualification: English/Spanish
