We're looking for a
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English), working in
BPO industry in
Ontario, Canada.
Vos responsabilités:
- Fournir un service à la clientèle de premier niveau concernant les demandes de renseignements sur les produits, les comptes, une bonne maitrise de l’utilisation des applications
- Construire et entretenir une bonne et positive communication avec les clients en leur proposant des solutions personnalisées et s'assurer que les demandes sont traitées de manière appropriée en se coordonnant avec les diverses fonctions au sein de l'entreprise.
- Planifier les appels du service et faire le suivi avec les clients.
- Responsable de la saisie précise des données en utilisant les applications prescrites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level customer service regarding inquiries about product/account/usage and applications.
- Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensuring requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company.
- Schedule service calls and follow up with customers/clients.
- Escalate customer issues as required.
- Perform accurate data input using prescribed applications.

Experience Required for Your Success
Exigences du poste:
- Doit être âgé d'au moins 18 ans
- Disponibilité à plein temps du Lun - Dim 8AM - 11PM
- Maîtrise du linguistique C1, C2 de préférence.
- Excellente vitesse de connexion Internet câblé – vous devez connecter votre modem au câble internet et non au wifi.
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Excellentes compétences informatiques

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Full-time availability between the hours of Mon-Sun 8AM - 11 PM
- C1, C2 language proficiency preferred
- Excellent home internet hardwired – Must be able to connect to modem (no wi-fi)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Excellent computer skills
