The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Credentialing Specialist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1223, Philippines.- Oversee accurate credentialing for clinicians.Maintain and update clinician profiles.Coordinate and follow up on health screenings.Engage with clinicians through email, phone, and text.Ensure adherence to compliance requirements.Stakeholder management -effectively coordinating and communicating with various parties, such as healthcare providers, internal teams, and external organizations, to ensure that credentialing processes are completed accurately and on time.Contribute to our success by ensuring our workforce is credentialed to the highest standards!
Experience Required for Your Success
Minimum of 1 year experience as an Escalations Specialist, BPO SME, or Credentialing Specialist (end to end credentialing work) - Amenable for voice work
- At least two (2) years of college education 
- Excellent English communication skills
- Stable work history relevant to the position
- Willing to work onsite at Ayala Ave., Makati
- Work onsite five (5) days per week in your first three (3) months upon hire, will shift to a hybrid set-up depending on performance/reliability
