Description
We're looking for a Healthcare Advocate - Dayshift, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1223, Philippines.As a Healthcare Advocate, you will play a key role in the application review process, ensuring that healthcare professionals (HCPs) possess the relevant experience in their specialty. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and categorize applications to streamline the hiring process and ensure compliance with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Review: Thoroughly review applications and resumes of healthcare professionals to determine if they have the relevant experience and qualifications in the specialty for which they are applying.
- Experience Evaluation: Analyze the applicant's previous work history, certifications, and other credentials to assess their suitability for the role.
- Categorization: Accurately label each application in the system based on your evaluation.
- Communication: Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of applications and provide feedback on the evaluation process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the application tracking
Experience Required for Your Success
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Minumum of 1 year clinical/hospital experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make objective decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on a dayshift schedule
- Amenable to work 100% onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati
