We're looking for a Senior Recruiter, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1223, Philippines.As aSenior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will lead the end-to-end hiring process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and execute strategic recruitment initiatives.Other responsibilities:• Maintain job postings through international job boards.• Interview and source applicants• Onboard applicants and coordinate with onshore clients• Pure 100% Voice Account
Experience Required for Your Success
✓ Minimum of 6 months BPO or customer service experience✓ No recruiting experience needed✓If HS/SHS graduate or Undergrad– should be with 1-year BPO experience✓Good English communication skills✓Stable work history relevant to the position✓Amenable to work onsite at Ayala Ave., Makati
