Maintenance Mechanic, working in

Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician based at our FPS facility in Midland, TX, you will support the production of our unique non-metallic piping products. You will maintain equipment and ensure the highest quality. You'll be part of a collaborative team and ensure the successful delivery of customer requirements.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing equipment used in the production of polypipe.
- Providing support for the installation, upgrade, maintenance, and inspection of control systems with projects to deliver enhancements to systems to improve performance and reliability.
- Undertaking emergency troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to determine faults and provide resolution.
- Preparing reports on machine faults and errors to identify and create maintenance schedules.
- Working individually and collaboratively to reduce machine outages and stoppages.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent level of education

Have 3+ years of experience in an electrical / electronic repair industrial environment
- Have strong mechanical abilities

Experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, Controls Electronics or CNC controls

Demonstrate strong experience with automations in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Have the ability to disassemble equipment, diagnose problems and reassemble in a safe and proficient manner
- Show experience with predictive maintenance management concepts and the ability to use advanced devices to perform diagnosis

Be able to translate complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner to assist with decision making
