We're looking for an Accounting Clerk Administrator, working in Manufacturing industry in Bolingbrook, Illinois, United States.

Total Staffing in partnership with our client a Manufacturer is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk Administrator to join their account department!

This is a first shift opportunity. The hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. The pay rate is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience.

The Accounting Clerk Administrator will support the accounting department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make collection calls to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Handle and organize paperwork, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
  • Perform data entry tasks, accurately inputting financial information into our systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including assisting with various tasks as needed.
