The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Technician II, working in Oil and Gas industry in 721 Visions Drive, Houston, Texas, 77060, United States.- Maintains plant production equipment by making repairs within scope of expertise. (various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing - tapeline, tape/braider, plastic extruder, servo drive systems and PLS’s).
- Interprets and follows through on work orders following various safe work procedures.
- Makes mechanical and electrical repairs on plant equipment and performs preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis.
- Learns to identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure.
- Begins to develop expertise in a specialized skill.
- Become aware of all safety hazards and follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintains department records.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years min experience in maintenance role or service tech role which includes mechanical and electronic repairs
- Advanced mechanical electrical/electronic aptitude, including advanced experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment·
- Expertise in problem recognition and specialized technical skills to develop solutions and action steps to a wide variety of difficult work assignments
