The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for an Onsite Specialist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Pooler, Georgia, United States.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and by providing outstanding employee relations services to Malone employees onsite.
  • Build lasting relationships with customer and act as a liaison between customer and branch staff.
  • Assist branch staff with screening and selection process of new temporary associates as needed.
  • Orient new temporary associates on company policies and safety expectations.
  • Maintain personnel records in the employee database for temporary associates.
  • Manage daily attendance and weekly payroll for temporary associates.
  • Investigate and resolve issues involving temporary associates.
  • Mentor, conduct evaluations, manage disciplinary actions and dismissals of temporary associates.
  • Maintain and present daily, weekly, monthly metric reports to internal and external leadership.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • 1 year experience in Staffing, HR, or Recruiting
  • 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience
  • Experience with customer service/client relations
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility to accommodate client check-ins
