The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Lead Routing Specialist - LeanData Admin, working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Bellevue, Washington, United States.Configure and maintain company's LeanData lead routing system to support lead routing, assignment rules, and data enrichment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions within LeanData.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Create and maintain documentation related to LeanData configurations, processes, and best practices.
Assist with training end-users on LeanData functionalities and ensuring adoption across the organization.
Work closely with the GTM Operations and Marketing Operations teams to analyze data quality and provide recommendations for data hygiene improvements and process improvements

Experience Required for Your Success
- Proven experience as a LeanData Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of lead routing and best practices.
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing LeanData within a Salesforce environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Nice to have: LeanData certification, SFDC Admin experience, Marketo or other Marketing Automation experience
