Description

We're looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter , working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organization. You will collaborate closely with leadership to meet hiring needs, analyze recruitment data, develop effective sourcing plans, and recommend improvements to streamline the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for associate, manager, and director-level roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively understand the needs for assigned positions.
  • Ensure accurate candidate documentation in the ATS (Workday) and share best practices across the team.
  • Regularly analyze recruitment data to provide insights and recommend strategies that align with HR objectives.
  • Play a key role in developing strategic sourcing plans annually for assigned business segments.
  • Continuously explore and propose innovative recruitment strategies, including ideas for recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Oversee medium-sized ad-hoc projects and secure stakeholder approval.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or Business or related field
  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment for associate, manager, and director-level positions.
  • Strong expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) for candidate documentation and data management.
  • Skilled in using MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Proficient in analyzing recruitment data to derive insights and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management, organizational, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with team members and candidates at all levels.
