The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist, working in Banking/Finance industry in Columbus, Ohio, 43219, United States.- Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system (Hogan) and as needed, update collateral records in loan servicing system.
- Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents.
- Research and verify lien position on UCCs and titles for loans secured by RVs, vehicles and boats and also analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution.
- Prepare customer communication.
- Manage workflow to ensure SLA's are met or exceeded.
Our Client
Experience Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in a customer service related position
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access -- Ability to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents.
- Prior experience with Collateral/ Title Work, consumer loans or dealership background is an example
