Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for data analysis? We're looking for a Recruitment Reports Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in all recruitment reports.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics such as fill rate, attrition rate, and source effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to provide guidance on processes and report updates.
Experience Required for Your Success
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in report generation.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel; experience with VBA and Power BI is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Pasay on a dayshift schedule.
