We're looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Lead, working in Manufacturing industry in Romeoville, Illinois, United States.Total Staffing Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join our client's team in Romeoville, IL.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position on the 1st shift, running from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with a starting pay rate of $24.00 per hour.
Position Overview: The Bilingual Warehouse Lead is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating efficient shipping and receiving of all products, as well as managing the full building maintenance responsibilities of all related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and lead activities associated with warehouse operations.
- Manage the process of receiving, stocking, and quality control of all merchandise.
- Monitor performance and productivity to maximize operational excellence, which includes service, quality, and cost control.
- Identify areas of improvement and update existing work procedures and practices.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workloads, including training and cross-training warehouse staff.
- Ensure packing and shipping meet quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and in proper working order.
- Oversee warehouse maintenance of equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 5 years of leading a team in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong leadership or coordinator abilities.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
