Description
We're looking for a Hybrid Product Manager, working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Alpharetta, Georgia, 30004, United States.Overview:
This position will be responsible for end-to-end success of the product, including customer experience, execution of upgrades, knowledge of technical teams, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
- Identifies risks and mitigates them, while notifying senior management of status.
- Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful.
- Routinely exercises independent judgment in taking trade-off decisions and managing complex situations and risks.
- Occasionally manages customer escalations and orchestrates the organizational effort to resolve promptly and satisfy the customer.
- Generates strong partnerships with peers (sometimes: global) to share and receive information and knowledge, and partner to drive solutions.

Experience Required for Your Success
- First Level University degree; Advanced University degree preferred
- 7+ years in project management roles or in equivalent roles/businesses
- Ability to clearly see and reflect the wood for the trees, communicate efficiently with both professional experts on the ground as well as high-level executives (internal/external), and able to convey the message in a crisp and engaging manner
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of methodologies applicable to project management
- Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
