The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a General Laborer, working in Manufacturing industry in Phoenix, Arizona, 85017, United States.- Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.
- Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to, use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
- Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products.
- Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality.
- Manage housekeeping and general maintenance functions within work area.
- Adhere to work locations rules and procedures.
- Perform operations assignment as directed by the supervisor.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Ability to operate assigned machinery and/or equipment operation
- Abilityto do physical loading/unloading of materials
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Available to work from Mon - Fri, 4 AM - 12:30 PM (OT Available)
