Description
We're looking for a HR Generalist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.The HR Generalist will be directly responsible for managing the delivery of human resource services.You will focus on supporting employee relations and assisting with compensation and benefits programs. You will also provide support in any company-initiated employee activities and prepare Human Resource related reports being requested by the Managers from time to time. Because of the dynamics of the position, your duties and responsibilities may change from time to time according to business needs.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Employee Relations: Assist in handling workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters; support conflict resolution efforts; and provide guidance on employee relations matters to staff.
Compensation and Benefits: Assist in administering compensation programs; support benefits administration and provide support on related inquiries; and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
HR Administration: Assist in the preparation of HR reports; maintain and update employee records and HR databases; and coordinate and support HR projects and initiatives.
