The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an
Office Administrator, working in
Staffing/Recruiting industry in
Louisville, KY, Louisville, Kentucky, United States.
- Audit branches for compliance weekly and become Subject Matter Expert on each field being audited.
- Escalate compliance issues with branch managers, RVP, and corporate as needed.
- Manage phones at corporate office.
- Process mail and deliveries (incoming and outgoing).
- Facilitate execution and deployment of RV/fleet vehicles.
- Assist Operations team in bespoke project tasks.
- Keep office supplies and kitchen supplies stocked at Corporate.
- Assist with coordinating the training and conference rooms at Corporate.
- Perform other related tasks as required.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 1 year of previous administrative experience
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to build professional relationships
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain detailed records and documentation with a high-level of confidentiality
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Service oriented and empathetic problem solver
- Available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
