The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Packaging Machine Operator, working in Light Industrial industry in Mount Vernon, Ohio, United States.- Spot out-bound trucks into material load docks, ensuring dock-locks.
- Reclaim off-quality Unbonded Loose fill and refeeding the material to the forehearth.
- Place bags on bagger equipment snouts ensuring proper packaging of finished goods material.
- Perform general cleanup duties in designated areas (including, but not limited to, sweeping floor, blowing down the line/robot, cleaning break rooms, etc.).
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance processes.
- Perform special needs as determined by plant staff.
- Participate in safety and housekeeping programs as established within the plant.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 1-3 years manufacturing experience
- Abilityto read, write, and speak English
- Abilityto understand verbal and written instructions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong internal and external customer service skills
- Work well in team environment
- Abilityto work independently
- Ability to do intermediate mathematical calculations
