The Opportunity


We're looking for a Production Line Operator, working in Consumer Packaged Goods industry in 1013 S Elm Street, Carrollton, Texas, United States.

Our current openings are on Rotating Days and Night Shift, 12 hrs. schedule with opportunities for additional OT.

This is a Temp to hire position.

We offer medical benefits. Salary is up to $16 per hour based on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Line Operation:
    • Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Follow standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Quality Control:
    • Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
    • Report any deviations or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
  • Safety Compliance:
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Identify and report potential safety hazards promptly.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
    • Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
    • Keep the production area organized and follow good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
    • Assist in inventory management as needed.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Basic understanding of production equipment and processes
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to changing production demands and priorities
  • Willingness to cross-train in different areas of production as required
