Description
We're looking for a
Production Line Operator, working in
Consumer Packaged Goods industry in
1013 S Elm Street, Carrollton, Texas, United States.
Our current openings are on Rotating Days and Night Shift, 12 hrs. schedule with opportunities for additional OT.
This is a Temp to hire position.
We offer medical benefits. Salary is up to $16 per hour based on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Line Operation:
- Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Report any deviations or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards promptly.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
- Keep the production area organized and follow good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
- Assist in inventory management as needed.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Basic understanding of production equipment and processes
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to changing production demands and priorities
- Willingness to cross-train in different areas of production as required
