The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Quality Technician, working in Light Industrial industry in Hauppauge, New York, United States.

  • Work with team to provide audits and inspections on product quality according to quality-assurance processes.
  • Assist with conducting nonconforming materials investigation and report to authorized vendors as appropriate.
  • Engage management and team members as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issues.
  • Work with team to support new product quality plan implementations.
  • Understand technical requirements, delivering output following learned technical framework.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • High School or GED equivalent
  • 0-3 years working experience
  • Ability to learn technical information
  • Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
  • Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management)
  • Ability to understand technical requirements, delivering output following learned technical framework
