The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Senior Team Manager (Onsite), working in BPO industry in Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1223, Philippines.The Senior Team Manager is responsible for managing a team and the accounts they support. He/she will take full ownership of supervising, managing and motivating team members and should be able to act proactively to ensure effective collaboration and to achieve daily goals. Successful candidates will perform functions like:
This includes but not limited to:
Team Management: Manage a team of recruiters with the aim of providing professional and personal mentoring, guidance and coaching.
- To inspire the trust and respect of each team member and stimulate production within the workplace.
- To provide training & development, rewards, recognition, and boost motivation of the team.
Performance Management: Rally the team to meet and progress with performance goals. Manage intraday activities for performance improvement by which the Team Leader and employees work together in a plan to monitor and review team goals.
Client Management: Engage with internal and external, offshore-based clients.
Experience Required for Your Success
· At least 2 years of experience in team management/handling ideally from the following industries:
o BPO/Call Center
o Sales/Insurance
o Airlines
o Advertising
o Recruitment/Headhunting
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or any related course.
· Candidate should display deep knowledge in the principles of Operations Management, Performance Management and Team Development.
· Candidate must have excellent communication skills both spoken & written.
· Has strong Analytical and Leadership qualities.
· Candidate must be open to working on a fixed Night Shift Schedule.
· Candidate must be amenable to work onsite (Makati).
