The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector, working in Manufacturing industry in Grand Prairie, Texas, United States.Our client has immediate openings for a Quality Control Inspector at our facility conveniently located in Dallas, TX. Our current openings are on 1st ,2nd and 3rd shift.
We offer medical benefits and salary is up to $15.25 per hour based on qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of car parts to identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities.
- Verify part numbers, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize measurement tools and equipment, such as calipers and gauges, to perform dimensional inspections as needed.
- Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
- Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel and assist in resolving them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct rework activities, such as sorting, reassembling, or repackaging parts to meet quality standards.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions to maintain consistency and reliability in inspection processes.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Familiarity with inspection techniques, measurement tools, and quality control procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects or discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate quality-related issues
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, part specifications, and customer requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
