We're looking for a
Quality Control Inspector, working in
Manufacturing industry in
Grand Prairie, Texas, United States.
Our client has immediate openings for a Quality Control Inspector at our facility conveniently located in Dallas, TX. Our current openings are on 1st ,2nd and 3rd shift.
We offer medical benefits and salary is up to $15.25 per hour based on qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of car parts to identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities.
- Verify part numbers, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize measurement tools and equipment, such as calipers and gauges, to perform dimensional inspections as needed.
- Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
- Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel and assist in resolving them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct rework activities, such as sorting, reassembling, or repackaging parts to meet quality standards.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions to maintain consistency and reliability in inspection processes.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus

Familiarity with inspection techniques, measurement tools, and quality control procedures

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects or discrepancies

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate quality-related issues

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, part specifications, and customer requirements

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
