We're looking for a
REMOTE Reservations Coordinator, working in
Travel, Transport and Logistics industry in
Orlando, Florida, 32821, United States.
- Promotes the success of our $150MM rental agency by ensuring the timely and accurate capture of reservations, processing of financial transactions, agency processing, transmittal of reservations, relocations and problem resolution support.
- Maintains and enhances the brand reputation by personally addressing and resolving customer service issues with customers, resorts and vendors.
- Displays and executes the Hospitality With Heart behaviors of an internal employee.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma
- Customer Service, call center experience
- 1 year call center experience
- Payment collections experience
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- 1 year travel/tourism/vacation ownership industry customer service experience or equivalent customer service-oriented industry
- Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement
- Employee will need to use a computer, telephone, headset, calculator, fax machine, printer/copier machine on a daily basis
- Detail oriented
