We're looking for a Recruiter, working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in St Louis, Missouri, United States.

Compensation:

This is a salaried position with opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and incentives.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Manager, the Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals with the goal of fulfilling contract orders from clients. This is a sales recruiting role responsible for finding healthcare professionals, taking them through the qualification process and submittal to our clients in accordance with company and client policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Make prospecting calls/connections and follow up on all leads.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of healthcare professionals.
Qualify healthcare professionals by reviewing their experience and confirming licenses and certifications.
Conduct virtual interviews and discuss general/available contract opportunities.
Obtain and verify completed nurse applications and conduct reference checks.
Assign all appropriate checklists, testing, and compliance items that are required.
Create healthcare professional profiles for submittal to clients.
Qualify and create pay packages based on desired contract location.
Submit healthcare professionals to clients based on their current or potential needs through email or client specific database.
