Description

We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Dallas, Texas, United States.

  • Receive requests via telephone regarding Insurance application status.
  • Respond to inquiries from Independent and company agents and/or agencies for information and assistance.
  • Perform research to respond to inquiries and interpret notifications to determine most effective response.
  • Independently respond to inquiries, grievances, complaints, or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • 2+ years experience in customer service, call center environment strongly preferred
  • Prior Insurance experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures
  • Ability to handle high end customers in a professional manner
  • Bilingual- Spanish required
  • Schedule may vary based on needs of business (hours of Operation M-F 8:00 am- 5:30 pm CST)
