The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, working in BPO industry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States.- Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
- Answer questions regarding child support payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories.
- Define or resolve inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
- Gather information, research/resolve inquiries and logs customer calls.
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Inform customers about services available and assess customer needs.
- Maintain updated records and logs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in telephone customer service or related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
- Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
- Must be fluent in Spanish
