The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator, working in Manufacturing industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States.- Coordinate with clients around the country for partial and full load needs
- Negotiate with clients to ensure cost effective rates.
- Conduct research into cost of delivery
- Analyze potential profits of each prospective new account
- Troubleshoot any problems in transit or at point of delivery
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met

Experience Required for Your Success
- High school diploma/GED required
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics management required
- Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Good management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
