We're looking for a
Family Tree Account Manager, working in
Staffing/Recruiting industry in
Louisville, Kentucky, United States.
- Serve as the contact person for all new referrals.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Manage all field childcare staff including completing annual performance reviews, scheduling, assisting to maintain up to date credentials.
- Perform recruitment of new childcare field staff.
- Serve as the point of contact for all clients.
- Collect timesheets from clients for the week.
- Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training and development of all childcare field staff.

Experience Required for Your Success
- At least 2 years of management experience in recruitment and/or staffing
- Customer service experience is required
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Experience in Homecare and/or Childcare is preferred
- Proficient computer skills (ATS, Microsoft Office, Excel, Bullhorn)
- Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
