The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Compensation Consultant, working in Banking/Finance industry in Wood River, Illinois, United States.

• Provides support to the Compensation Consultants and may collaborate and act as the internal consultant to HR Consultants and business leadership on compensation-related issues, as needed.
• Assists with the global year-end process, including project management, stakeholder training and communication, reporting, analytics, and audits.
• Participates in the annual external salary survey data gathering, submission and analysis of results.
• Maintains job description library and serves as the owner of the organization’s salary survey database and makes recommendations on job evaluation process, and methodology.
• Assists in the creation and maintenance of salary administration programs including salary structures, merit and promotional guidelines, and short term incentive.
• Completes job evaluations, comprehensive market analysis and creates accurate job descriptions aligned with best practices.
• Provides support on Compensation related projects, working with cross-functional partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
