The Opportunity


We're looking for a Inventory Control Clerk, working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in 5353 West Sam Houston Parkway N, Suite 190, Houston, Texas, 77041, United States.

  • ´╗┐Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
  • Opens and closes manufacturing orders and all that entails.
  • Performs physical count of inventory including cycle counts and reconciles actual stock count.
  • Receives, labels, and delivers goods to proper locations after Quality inspection is completed, re-stocks items as necessary.
  • Keeps inventory locations correct systematically and physically.
  • Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Ensures that products received are in accordance with purchase order specifications.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Great Plains experience preferred
  • High attention to detail preferred
  • MS Excel skills with proficiency in other MS office products
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or inventory control
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
  • Database management skills
  • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods
  • Clerical, word processing, and/or Microsoft excel/office skills
