We're looking for a Staffing Specialist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Jeffersonville, Indiana, United States.- Recruit candidates to fill open positions.
- Communicate with clients daily regarding their needs.
- Prepare and maintain reports.
- Place candidates on temporary assignment.
- Keep employee database up to date.
- Manage employees.
- Perform various administrative duties.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Experience in the staffing industry, HR and/or recruiting is preferred
- Customer service experience is required
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills- especially with Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
