Description

We're looking for a Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Clerk, working in Manufacturing industry in Romeoville, Illinois, 60446, United States.

Our clienthas immediate openings for a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Clerk in partnership with a Logistics Company in Romeoville, IL. This is a Temp to hire opportunity.

Our current opening is on the 1st Shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

We offer competitive pay & great benefits, including Medical, Vision, Dental, Short-term disability, 401k, Referral bonuses, Holiday pay, Sick pay & much more! Salary is up to $19.50 per hour.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders to ensure shipments meet establishes KPI’s
  • Review orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  • Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Make special shipping arrangements as necessary.
  • Close orders and updates customer portals daily.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, Logistics Coordinator or Warehouse Clerk in a Logistics or Warehouse environment.
  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish. • Must possess a strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to deal with various levels of personnel at the customer site.
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus to deliver excellent customer service including always maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Strong analytical skills to reconcile various reports to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.
  • Must be able to use a computer and possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
