The Opportunity


We're looking for a REMOTE Software Technical Account Manager, working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in .

    • Engage with R&D teams to understand new software releases and convey customer feedback.
    • Establish and maintain a UAT environment, coordinate testing activities.
    • Involve customers in the UAT process, collect and analyze feedback.
    • Collaborate to resolve UAT issues and advocate for improvements.
    • Coordinate final release approval and transition to production.
    • Maintain detailed UAT process documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Develop comprehensive service instructions for device management.
    • Conduct training sessions for remote team on service instructions and best practices.
    • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for remote device management.
    • Gather feedback and work with R&D to enhance future releases.
    • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues related to device management.
    • Regularly update service instructions to reflect changes and ensure accessibility.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, deployment, and integration processes.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and a solid understanding of databases and networking.
