The Opportunity


We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in Banking/Finance industry in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.

  • Perform neither inbound nor outbound calls (not both). Could be up to 100+ calls during high volumes.
  • Work in the national contact center and will be assisting home mortgage consultants within company home mortgage.
  • Receive inbound and “.com” lead lists of customers that are interested in either refinancing or purchasing a home.
  • Reach out to the customer to gather the appropriate information from the customers so that they can be transferred as hot leads to the appropriate group after.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • 1+ year customer service experience that includes either call center and/or sales experience
  • Confident with handling heavy incoming volume 80-100/day
  • Experience of cold calling candidates
  • Tech savvy – able to navigate multiple screens while typing/talking
  • Ability to communicate well both in writing and verbally
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Creative in problem solving
