Description
We're looking for a Sanitation Worker, working in Manufacturing industry in Saginaw, Texas, 76179, United States.We areseekinga meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sanitation and Cleaning Worker in our agriculture manufacturing plant. In this role, you will play a crucial part inmaintaininga hygienic and safe work environment by implementing effective sanitation practices. Our current openings are in 1st shift from 7 AM- 3:30 PM and 2nd shift 2 PM-10:30 PM Monday- Fridaywith opportunities for additional OT. This is a Temp to hire position. We offer medical benefits. Salary is up to $16 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Sanitation Procedures:
- Execute routine and deep-cleaning sanitation procedures in various areas of the agriculture manufacturing plant.
- Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Equipment Cleaning:
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and processing surfaces.
- Conduct regular inspections toidentifyand address cleanliness issues.
Waste Management:
- Properly dispose of waste materials and adhere to recycling and disposal guidelines.
- Manage waste collection areas, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
Chemical Handling:
- Dilute and apply cleaning chemicals following safety protocols.
- Monitorand replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Hygiene Maintenance:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, andcommon areas.
- Ensure all sanitation measures contribute to a safe and healthy workplace.
Pest Control:
- Report any signs of pest activity and collaborate with pest control services as needed.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize pest-related issues.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing sanitation duties.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns promptly.

Experience Required for Your Success
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sanitation or cleaning roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, cleaning techniques, and chemical handling.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
