Starting Salary Range: $66,560.00 - $75,560.00 per year.
- Therapist BBS $66,560
- Therapist BBS plus Bilingual $70,560
- Therapist BBS, Bilingual, plus Licensed $75,560

ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS:
- Conducts home-based and on-site individual, conjoint, group family
therapy sessions under supervision of the clinical supervisor.
- Documents therapy sessions based upon DMH regulations.
- Attends training sessions and staff meetings with program/clinical supervisors.
- Responsible for assessment, treatment, and follow-up
- Is on-call to program families.
- Directly implements program protocols and guarantees that procedures
are consistent with protocols.
- Is available to do a parenting group, or assigned group, on a
rotation one evening a week.
- Other duties as required.

Experience Required for Your Success
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master's Degree in a Social Service-related field
- Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and valid BBS number in good standing required
- Bilingual in Spanish, required
- Previous experience working with severely and emotionally disturbed children and community mental health required
- Working knowledge of DMH programming and contract requirements is strongly preferred
- Experience working with underrepresented and diverse communities preferred
- Valid California driver's license, driving record, and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
