We're looking for a Bilingual Staffing Specialist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Louisville East, Louisville.- Recruiting candidates to fill open positions.
- Communicating with clients daily regarding their needs.
- Preparing and maintaining reports.
- Placing candidates on temporary assignment.
- Keeping employee database up to date.
- Managing employees.
- Performing various administrative duties.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Customer service experience is required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in the staffing industry, HR and/or recruiting is preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills- especially with Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm
