The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Biomedical Engineering Trainer - Angiography, working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Cary, North Carolina, United States.- Manages all technical aspects required to deliver AT technical training either virtually or on-site. This role will be in the delivery of the AT Education portfolio including Recording & Monitoring
- Shares skilled advice, training, and technical assistance to prepare employees and customers to support products in the field for installation, safety, maintenance, and service of AT products.
- Demonstrates specialized knowledge for the AT Product Portfolio, focused on Recording & Monitoring systems such as Sensis.
- Performs delivery of AT technical courses aligned with the global training strategy as defined by the AT Business Line.
- Handles and teaches safety, operation and troubleshooting solutions for angiography systems.
- Delivers education using various training methodologies (examples include classroom, online, virtual trainings and if required content development).
- Supports effective and open communication with a proactive approach on information dissemination, collective feedback, and representation of global AT Team.
- Contributes to achieving the vision, mission, and values of the company.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Associates, BS or BA degree in related discipline or equivalent experience as applicable to role
- 5-8 years of successful experience in related field
- High level AT technical product knowledge
- Understanding of healthcare marketplace, preferably relative to AT, Radiology and Imaging Departments
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written, ability to present
- Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Must be results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs
- Specialized knowledge for content development, define & deliver methods and teach classes for Advanced Therapy and Recording & Monitoring Systems such as Sensis for customers and internals
- Training experience is preferred
- Required Travel 10%
- Situated in Cary, NC
